Job summary

The Kansas City area is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role focuses on structural concrete and steel erection, coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to deliver on time and within budget.

You will own project execution, manage budgets and schedules, and drive safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in commercial construction.
• Strong experience with structural concrete and steel erection.
• Solid understanding of the construction process from preconstruction through closeout.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and multiple project stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee structural concrete and steel erection scopes, schedules, budgets, and coordination
• Manage project budgets, contracts, schedules, change orders, and overall project execution
• Coordinate closely with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
• Identify and resolve project challenges while keeping jobs on schedule and within budget
• Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and client satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners
