Jobot is seeking a Project Manager with 10+ years of land/site development experience for our Greenville, SC office. You will lead multi-project work, develop client relationships, and guide design and permitting processes to successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a BS in Civil Engineering, a PE license (SC preferred) and proficiency in Civil 3D, with a strong track record in commercial/industrial site design and business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required.
• PE license with ability to obtain SC PE license.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D for site, grading, and utility design.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects in land/site development.
