The ideal candidate has 8-10+ years in civil site design with an engineering consulting firm, a PE license, and proven client management and business development capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required, with ability to obtain SC licensure if not licensed in SC.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary site development projects from concept through permitting and construction support.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with architects, developers, regulatory agencies and internal teams.
• Guide projects through local, state and federal permitting processes.
• Mentor engineers, designers and staff and develop client relationships.
