Jobot is seeking a Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in land/site development for our Greenville office. The role involves leading project teams, growing client relationships, and guiding design and permitting to deliver successful projects.

Ideal candidates have a civil engineering background, a PE license, and expertise in Civil 3D. Strong communication and business development abilities are essential in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required.
• PE license with ability to obtain SC PE license.
• Minimum 10 years of land/site development experience.
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project teams across multiple site development projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs.
• Facilitate design and permitting processes to drive project success.
• Collaborate with architects, agencies, developers and stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, schedules and resource planning.
