Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Site Deployment Manager, End‑to‑End, to lead cross‑functional deployment execution for OCI data center sites, expansions, and infrastructure readiness programs. This senior IC role translates deployment requirements into actionable plans, tracks risks, and drives site readiness from planning through turnover and handoff.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical project management or data center deployment.
• Experience leading cross‑functional deployment/readiness programs in data centers or cloud infrastructure.
• Strong site readiness knowledge from planning to operational handoff.
• Experience building and managing project plans, issue logs, risk trackers, dashboards, and exec status reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead site deployment workstreams for data centers, expansions, and infrastructure readiness.
• Own deployment plans, milestones, risks, and readiness trackers; provide leadership status reporting.
• Coordinate across construction, engineering, network, security, and operations to align deployment execution.
• Translate deployment requirements into field‑ready schedules and handoff criteria.
• Drive resolution of blockers related to access, space, power/cooling, materials, tooling, and documentation.
