Job summary

Oracle in the United States is seeking a Senior Site Deployment Manager to lead OCI data center site deployment execution, including new builds, expansions, retrofits, rack deployment, and operational readiness. You will convert deployment requirements into coordinated field schedules and governance, guiding multiple teams to safe, predictable capacity delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical project management and data center deployment experience.
• 3–5+ years of people leadership overseeing deployment teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Site Deployment function across assigned sites, campuses, regions, or complex deployment programs, ensuring work is executed safely, predictably, and in alignment with OCI capacity and operational readiness commitments.
• Manage and develop deployment managers, project coordinators, and senior individual contributors responsible for deployment planning, readiness tracking, field coordination, risk management, and turnover execution.
• Own deployment execution plans, milestones, readiness gates, risk logs, action registers, dependency trackers, dashboards, and leadership status reporting for assigned deployment scope.
• Coordinate across Construction, Commissioning, Engineering, Network, Security, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, vendors, and site leadership to align schedules, remove blockers, and maintain deployment momentum.
• Translate deployment requirements into field-ready schedules, owner-based action plans, acceptance criteria, handoff requirements, and operational readiness checklists.
