Job summary

Oracle seeks an experienced Site Deployment Manager, End-to-End, to lead cross-functional deployment execution for OCI data center sites, expansions, and readiness programs. Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical project management, site deployment, or mission-critical program execution.
• Experience leading cross-functional deployment or readiness programs in data centers or cloud infra.
• Strong ability to build and manage project plans, risk trackers, and executive status reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead site deployment workstreams for new data centers, expansions and readiness activities.
• Own deployment plans, milestones, risk logs, readiness trackers, and leadership updates.
• Coordinate across functions to align deployment with site readiness and operations.
• Translate requirements into field-ready schedules and acceptance criteria.
• Drive resolution of blockers related to access, power, cooling, and safety.
• Support turnover readiness with commissioning evidence and handoff docs.
• Ensure deployment activities fit maintenance windows and change controls.
• Lead reviews, readiness meetings, and lessons-learned sessions.
