Job summary

Signal Centers in Tennessee seeks a Site Coordinator to advance quality child care services across our CCR&R network. You will supervise staff, coordinate training, and engage with TDHS partners to ensure consistent service delivery to providers and families.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, budgeting oversight, program development, data monitoring, and community coordination. The role requires a master’s degree in Education or related field and extensive management experience in

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Over five years of management experience in this field.
• Over ten years of early childhood/education experience.
• Physical examination and negative TB test results on file.
• Dependable transportation, valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training to upgrade skills.
• Attend meetings and conference calls; prioritize management requests.
• Represent CCR&R Network and Signal Centers in the community.
• Supervise CCR&R Quality Coaches and Administrative Staff.
• Interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff; address issues.
• Guide staff in line with mission and core values.
• Provide leadership and coaching to CCR&R program staff.
• Monitor staff work for accuracy, timeliness; assist with issues.
• Plan staff meetings and staff development sessions.
• Provide counseling and goal support to staff.
• Prepare performance evaluations and maintain records.
• Facilitate curriculum content training for CCR&R staff.
• Coordinate quarterly TDHS partner meetings; maintain relations.
• Oversee data processes; monitor performance and progress.
• Review services to ensure quality and efficiency.
