Job summary

IQVIA Biotech in the UK is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Associate to lead contract strategy and oversee start-up contracting for selected sponsors across international trials. This role may include line-management responsibilities.

You will collaborate with sponsors, RSU regional teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality contracting, maintain CTMS and trackers, and ensure timelines and financial targets are met in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of site contracting experience at sponsor/CRO.
• International contract expert with strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and matrix-team collaboration.
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and drug development.

Responsibilities

• Develop contracting strategies and proposal text for complex studies.
• Create and maintain contract/templates for multi-protocol programs.
• Collaborate with sponsors, RSU regional teams to ensure delivery and compliance.
• Provide legal, financial contracting expertise for site agreements.
• Mentor colleagues and deliver training on contracting processes.
• Track contracting performance metrics and timelines.
• Maintain CTMS, trackers, and project plans.
