Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a contract strategist to manage the start-up contracting activities for selected sponsors and complex studies. You will develop contracting strategies, budgets, templates and systems, coordinating with global teams to ensure timely delivery and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 5 years of sponsor or CRO experience, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to mentor colleagues and present to clients. The potential base pay range is provided and reflects location and schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5 years’ relevant sponsor or CRO clinical site contracting experience.
• Experience acting as an international contract expert.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex contracting strategies and budgets.
• Coordinate investigator grants and contracting templates and systems.
• Collaborate with sponsors, RSU regions and countries to deliver project scope.
• Provide legal, operational and financial contracting support for site agreements.
• Mentor and coach colleagues, deliver training materials, and provide guidance.
• Deliver presentations to clients and professional bodies.
