Job summary

IQVIA Biotech in Italy (homebased) seeks a Senior Site Contracts Associate to manage contract strategy and start-up contracting activities for complex studies. The role includes potential line-management, mentoring colleagues, and collaboration with global teams to ensure timely, compliant delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of site contracting experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and deep knowledge of GCP/ICH and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required).
• 5+ years of site contracting experience within a sponsor or CRO, including international contracting expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex investigator grant estimates and contracting strategies.
• Create and maintain contract and budget templates, systems, tools, and processes.
• Collaborate with sponsors, RSU regional teams and stakeholders for project delivery and compliance.
• Provide legal, operational, and financial contracting expertise for site agreements and start-up.
• Review documentation required for study initiation and track contracting performance.
