Job summary

STV's Building & Facilities group in Owings Mills/Baltimore, MD seeks a Site Civil/Land Development Director to lead projects from notice to proceed to final closeout. The role emphasizes project management, planning, design, production and delivery of land development work, with mentorship and involvement in business development.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in land development, a Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture degree, and prefers a MD PE/PLA license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture is required.
• MD PE or PLA license is preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with multiple clients.
• Experience leading multi-discipline project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead land development projects from notice to proceed to closeout.
• Coordinate design, planning, production, and delivery with multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor and develop staff and support business development activities.
• Develop client relationships and pursue proposals and contracts.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and client communications.
