Job summary

C.T. is seeking a Senior Site Civil Engineer in Syracuse, NY to lead land development and infrastructure projects from feasibility through commissioning. You will work with a multidisciplinary team and manage client relationships on challenging projects across municipal permit processes.

Opportunity to oversee large-scale work while developing expertise across civil engineering facets. Strong emphasis on QA, teamwork, and business development within a growing firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from ABET-accredited college/university.
• 10+ years of progressive technical experience and/or training.
• New York State Professional Engineer (P.E.).
• Knowledge of land-use processes and regulations.
• Passion for client service, marketing, and business development.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management and business development leveraging experience and network.
• Coordinate with multidiscipline design teams and communicate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Lead and produce project designs, including site civil plans, reports, calculations, and construction documents.
