Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Site Civil Engineer for its Building Engineering Services group in Colorado. The role focuses on design of facility-related sites across markets, coordinating with a multi-discipline team from planning through construction administration.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, a PE license, and 10+ years of civil/site design experience, with strong leadership and mentoring abilities. Local Colorado candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop civil/site design scope of work and budgets for proposals
Serve as Engineer of Record on complex projects
Coordinate with internal and external resources to complete due diligence and documentation
Develop concept site layouts compliant with jurisdictional requirements
Coordinate with the Authority Having Jurisdiction for design/submittal requirements
Mentor junior staff and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
