Job summary

Kiewit Infrastructure Engineers is seeking a Senior Site Civil Engineer to lead site design, provide technical and managerial oversight, and mentor staff across transportation and commercial projects in the United States. This role emphasizes leadership, constructability, and design excellence.

Applicants should hold a Civil Engineering degree, a PE license, and 15+ years of site design experience, with proficiency in MicroStation, AutoCAD, OpenRoads, and Civil3D.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• PE license required with ability to licensure in additional states.
• 15+ years of site design experience, preferably design-build.
• Experience with civil/site development and utility coordination.
• Proficiency with MicroStation, AutoCAD, OpenRoads, Civil3D.

Responsibilities

• Lead preliminary design concepts and generate alternatives for estimates and planning.
• Direct site civil engineering design tasks and act as engineer of record as required.
• Oversee models and designs using OpenRoads, Civil3D, MicroStation, AutoCAD.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary teams for fully integrated, constructible designs.
• Develop layouts, grading, drainage, utilities, fencing, and wall plans.
• Lead QA/QC and drive continuous improvement across project teams.
