Job summary

Kiewit Infrastructure Engineering is seeking a Senior Site Civil Engineer to lead site civil design efforts and provide technical and managerial oversight within the Design Engineering Group. The successful candidate will drive complex design tasks, develop constructible solutions, and support pursuit and business development across the organization.

The role requires a PE and 10+ years of site design experience, with proficiency in OpenRoads, Civil3D, MicroStation, and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) preferred or able to obtain licensure in additional states.
• 10+ years of site design experience, with design‑build exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead preliminary design concepts and alternatives for estimating and planning.
• Oversee complex site civil design tasks and coordinate with disciplines.
• Develop models and deliverables using OpenRoads, Civil3D, MicroStation, AutoCAD.
• Coordinate resources across offices and mentor junior staff.
• Support pursuit activities and project‑level QA/QC and design standards.
