Kiewit Infrastructure Engineering is seeking a Senior Site Civil Engineer to lead site civil design, provide technical and managerial oversight, mentor staff, and contribute to pursuit activities. The role spans design management across transportation and commercial site projects with an emphasis on constructible, data-driven solutions.

Based in Lone Tree, CO or Bellevue, WA with travel to project offices; hybrid work may be available based on location and experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) is required with ability to obtain licensure in additional states.
• 15+ years of site design experience, preferably with design‑build.
• Experience with civil/site development and utility coordination (overhead and underground).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for reports, memos, and presentations.
• Prior leadership or staff supervision experience is required for senior-level consideration.
• ASCE/TRB/DBIA involvement is a plus.
• U.S. citizenship is required for federal government contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead preliminary design concepts and alternatives to support estimating and planning.
• Lead complex site civil engineering design tasks as engineer of record or responsible charge.
• Oversee development of models and deliverables using OpenRoads, Civil3D, MicroStation, AutoCAD, etc.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary efforts to ensure integrated, constructible designs.
• Develop and execute final designs including layout, grading, drainage, utilities, and fencing.
