Job summary

Kiewit Infrastructure Engineering is seeking a Senior Site Civil Engineer to lead site civil design efforts across major infrastructure projects. You will supervise technical work, ensure high-quality design packages, mentor staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including transportation and commercial sites.

The role requires a PE and 15+ years of relevant site design experience, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Registered PE or ability to obtain licensure in multiple states is required.
• 15+ years of site design experience, preferably with design-build programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead site civil design efforts and govern engineering deliverables.
• Oversee models and drawings using MicroStation, Civil3D, AutoCAD and OpenRoads.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate across offices for project success.
