Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering and PE license.
• At least 10 years of site civil engineering experience.
• Experience with site development and utility infrastructure; renewable energy or transmission preferred.
• Familiarity with permitting processes for development and energy projects.
• Strong project management and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage civil engineering projects from concept through construction, including renewable energy and utility infrastructure.
• Coordinate with municipalities, regulatory agencies, and utilities to ensure permitting and compliance.
• Perform site evaluations, due diligence, and feasibility assessments for land development and energy sites.
• Prepare and review plans, drainage reports, and permit submittals.
• Develop grading, drainage, and utility layouts for large developments and power facilities.
• Collaborate with project managers to define scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and staff; ensure safety and quality standards.
