Job summary

STV is seeking a Senior Site/Civil Land Development Director for Civil Site Design in our Kentucky operation (Glasgow, Louisville, Lexington or Owensboro offices). This full-time role involves client coordination, strong communication, and leadership of projects from notice to proceed to closeout.

Responsibilities include plan development, scheduling, cost estimating, specifications, and supervising engineers and technicians.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in oral and written communications.
• BS in Civil Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil site design and industrial site design projects.
• Plan, develop, coordinate, and direct project completion.
• Hire, train, manage and motivate staff as needed.
• Review and approve complete plans; ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
• Oversee client meetings and coordination; establish primary client contact.
