Job summary

STV Incorporated is seeking aSenior Site/Civil Land Development Director for our Kentucky operations (Glasgow, Louisville, Lexington or Owensboro). This role involves client coordination, leading civil/site design, scheduling, cost estimating and ensuring projects meet time and budget constraints.

We require a BS in Civil Engineering, KY PE license, and 15+ years of relevant experience with strong communication.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering.
• PE license in KY required.
• 15+ years’ experience with civil/site design and project management.
• Strong communication skills in client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Complete civil/site design projects from planning to closeout.
• Coordinate with clients and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Hire and mentor staff; oversee invoicing and receivables.
• Attend coordination conferences and oversee quality standards.
• Support new business development and proposals.
