Job summary

Premier Research is seeking a Clinical Lead - Senior Site Activation Lead to join our Clinical Management team in Oregon. You will coordinate cross-functional efforts to drive timely site activations, leading kick-off meetings, reviewing timelines and budgets, and ensuring data quality in CTMS systems.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or international equivalent in clinical, science, or health-related field; licensed health-care professional preferred.
• 5+ years of professional experience as CL, RSM, PM, SSUA or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team across study start-up and other functions.
• Understands financial aspects and adheres to timelines and budget.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong teamwork; capable in customer-facing meetings.
• Strong knowledge of ICH / GCP regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and collaborates with functional leads to deliver site activations per contractual obligations.
• Leads Site ID Kick Off Meeting and attends relevant kick-off meetings; reviews objectives, timelines and start-up strategy.
• Oversees SSU and activation deliveries aligned with project timeline; updates study projections.
• Finalizes country mix and site selection with cross-functional teams.
• Escalates risks to PM and Sponsor, proposes mitigation strategies.
• Oversees CTMS data entry during activation and explains delays with contingency plans.
• Monitors activation status and provides updates during weekly teleconferences.
