Premier Research is seeking a Clinical Lead - Site Activation Lead to join our Clinical Management team in Oregon. You will drive site activation delivery, lead kickoff meetings, manage budgets, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely study startup.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in CL/RSM/PM roles, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. The role emphasizes risk management, data-driven decisions, and client-facing interactions in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in clinical, science, or health-related field; preferred licensed health-care professional.
5 years of professional experience as CL, RSM, PM, SSUA or equivalent.
Proven leadership of a team across study start-up and other functions.
Understanding of project budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and collaborate with functional leads to deliver site activation.
Oversee quality and timely delivery of site activations per contract obligations.
Lead Site ID Kick Off Meetings and participate in kickoff meetings.
Monitor SSU and activation deliveries in line with project timelines.
Use data to drive decisions and update projections and communication.
Escalate risks with mitigation plans and provide contingency strategies.
Ensure CTMS data entry quality through site activation and reporting.
