Job summary

Ericsson in Irvine, CA is seeking a Site Acquisition Manager – Market Lead to oversee the end-to-end site acquisition strategy and execution for wireless network deployments. You will lead the internal SAQ team and external vendors, owning customer relationships and delivering on aggressive timelines with high quality standards.

You'll manage audits, zoning, and regulatory approvals while coordinating with A&E services.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in site acquisition or related field.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
Proven leadership experience managing internal teams and vendors in wireless projects.
Expertise in leasing, negotiation, zoning, and permitting processes.
Strong project management capabilities to meet tight deadlines.
Experience with large-scale wireless deployments and familiarity with Ericsson tools.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage internal SAQ team and external vendors.
Own customer relationship for SAQ in your market.
Drive end-to-end site acquisition activities including audits, RFDS review, SOW prep, coordination with A&E.
Oversee regulatory approvals, landlord consents, and zoning submissions.
Ensure timely handoff of NTP to delivery team and assist with site access and design changes.
Monitor team and vendor performance and manage risk, budget, and schedule.
Prepare progress reports and attend coordination meetings.
