Job summary

Vertawireless is seeking a Site Acquisition Manager to oversee the full development lifecycle of wireless site entitlement, from feasibility review through SCIP and construction handoff. You will manage a high‑volume portfolio, coordinate with Sales, Government Affairs, and vendors, and drive milestones while maintaining financial performance and P&L accountability.

Qualifications

5–10 years of development experience in small wireless facilities and rights‑of‑way.
Proven ability to manage site acquisition vendors and drive deliverables to completion.
Expertise in real estate and easement entitlements (private and right‑of‑way).
Understanding of federal/state regulations for small wireless facilities and ability to identify inconsistencies in law applications.
Demonstrated budget management and P&L ownership.

Responsibilities

Engage with Sales, Government Affairs and Site Acquisition vendors for feasibility and entitlement.
Coordinate and manage Site Acquisition, A&E, and Regulatory vendors through all phases of real estate and entitlement.
Lead project status meetings, forecast milestones, and maintain updates in systems.
Manage entitlement‑related financial activities including POs, vendor payments and invoicing.
Monitor monthly/quarterly/annual project financial performance and budgets.
