Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction management experience with a focus on in-building RAN systems.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder projects in telecom environments.
• Strong knowledge of Ericsson DOT, DAS, BDAs and related in-building technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across internal teams, vendors and customers.
• Safety/compliance mindset and familiarity with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage in-building RAN construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Develop Bills of Materials (BOMs) and select conduits, grounding hardware, connectors and penetrations.
• Partner with RF design teams to provide design-phase insights and optimal solutions.
• Provide direction to construction teams, project managers, site supervisors, and service providers.
• Oversee deployment of DOT, small cells, DAS, and BDAs; apply troubleshooting as needed.
• Develop and enforce QA processes for construction and installation activities.
• Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Deliver regular status updates, reports, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
