Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
• 10+ years in supply chain, SIOP, or related operations with senior leadership background.
• Proven success refining SIOP/IBP processes and driving improvements.
• Experience with Logility and other planning platforms is required or preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead SIOP strategy aligning demand, supply, and financial goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams to build and sustain an effective planning process.
• Coordinate with sales, merchandising, finance, operations and supply chain.
• Leverage data analytics and scenario planning to enhance forecast accuracy.
• Optimize inventory and production planning to balance service and costs.
