Qualifications

• Master’s Degree plus at least 5 years related experience or a Bachelor’s Degree with 10 years related experience.
• Senior Leader Advanced NCO or Officer course, logistics background and Master Gunner preferable.
• Instructor Trainer Course, warehouse experience, and coordination of Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, Simulations (TADSS).
• Completion of the Army Instructor Trainer Course and Master Gunner Course.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of Training Support Centers, and Simulations Centers for the Army National Guard from initiation to full operational capability.
• Coordinate program management, Military Decision Packages (MDEPs), allocation of resources, and cross-divisional collaboration.
• Manage projects for Training Support Centers (TSCs), Simulation Facilities (SimFacs), and lead a team of Instructor Operators.
