Job summary

PrideNow is seeking a Simulation Engineer in Fremont, CA to perform CFD and FEA simulations for thermal, structural, and fluid analyses. You will develop surrogate models, create digital twin frameworks, and automate workflows for design optimization and ML model development.

Strong collaboration with cross‑functional teams is required. Candidates should hold an MS or PhD in a relevant field and have experience with ANSYS, STAR-CCM+, and CAD tools; a willingness to attend an in-person

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Mechanical, Aerospace, Computational Eng, Applied Math or Data Science.
• Strong experience with CFD/FEA tools (ANSYS Fluent/Mechanical, STAR-CCM+, Simcenter 3D).
• Programming skills in Python and/or MATLAB.
• Experience with CAD platforms (Siemens NX, Creo/ProE, SolidWorks).

Responsibilities

• Perform CFD and FEA simulations for thermal, structural, and fluid flow analysis.
• Develop surrogate and reduced-order models to accelerate design.
• Build digital twin frameworks integrating simulation, experimental, and operational data.
• Create automated workflows for design optimization and ML model development.
• Model validation, uncertainty quantification, and parameter calibration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver simulation solutions.
