You will drive FEA/CFD studies, validate complex thermal, structural, and chemical interactions, and set modeling standards across the team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in simulation and predictive analysis of complex R&D systems
• Proven track record in multi-physics modeling across thermal, structural, fluid, and chemical regimes
• Experience leading analytical design reviews and mentoring engineers

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced FEA and CFD for processing equipment
• Run highly coupled multi-physics simulations
• Develop and enforce modeling/workflow standards and V&V protocols
• Lead design reviews and provide analytical guidance for hardware changes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into hardware modifications
• Own milestones, timelines, and resource planning for modeling efforts
• Mentor junior staff on modeling methodologies and best practices
• Identify and drive solutions to critical engineering bottlenecks
