Qualifications

• 5+ years of applied experience developing complex evaluation, simulation, or test frameworks.
• Proficient in developing Python for production systems, including unit testing and performance considerations.
• Experience working in a remote or distributed environment and strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain large-scale test infrastructure and evaluation pipelines for autonomous vehicle simulation.
• Develop and maintain core simulation dashboards and reports for engineers and leadership.
• Drive scalable simulation quality assessments and automation to integrate outputs with human-in-the-loop analysis.
• Collaborate across Autonomy, Systems, Safety, and customer teams to define validation methodologies.
• Uphold high code quality and mentor engineers on software engineering and simulation testing practices.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to enhance productivity and code quality in simulation testing.
