Job summary

General Motors is seeking a software engineer for the Simulation Engine team to advance our autonomous driving simulation framework and RL training environments. You will collaborate across large engineering groups to deliver high-quality results and improve developer experience in a hybrid or remote setting.

You will work with C++ and Python, contribute to AV/robotic simulation efforts, and help push the boundaries of safe, electric driving technology at GM.

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Machine Learning or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years relevant industry experience.
• Strong programming skills in C++ and Python.
• Clear track record of effective collaboration with customers and continuous delivery of quality results in a hybrid or remote workplace.
• Comfortable collaborating across large engineering organizations.
• Passion for safe, fully-electric, self-driving technology and its impact on the world.

Responsibilities
