Qualifications

- Experience with leave-on and conditioning formulations.
- Strong background in personal care formulation development.
- Ability to develop commercially viable formulations meeting regulatory demands.
- Domestic travel up to 20%.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high‑performing team focused on customer technical service and product technologies.
- Provide technical, regulatory and application assistance to customers.
- Develop new product formulations and support documentation.
- Draft patent applications and contribute to technical literature.
- Visit customers to promote products and solve application issues.
- Collaborate with sales, production and marketing on product development.
