Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in silicone and/or rubber molding.
• Experience with molding process development and optimization.
• Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize molding processes for HCR.
• Troubleshoot and resolve molding issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product launches.

Skills

Experience in silicone and rubber molding

Strong understanding of HCR molding

Process improvement using DOE, SPC

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
