Job summary

Brenntag North America, Inc. is seeking a seasoned technical sales professional to bridge customers, suppliers, and internal R&D resources.

You will drive specialty ingredient growth by supporting formulation development, solving technical challenges, and commercializing new cleaning solutions across HI&I markets. Responsibilities include partnering with sales, developing formulations, and providing expert support on regulatory and market-entry strategies while traveling up to 50% regionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• 10+ years in product development or related markets.
• Strong HI&I cleaning formulation experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams on customer development and account growth.
• Develop and optimize HI&I cleaning formulations from concept to commercialization.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing, performance, and formulation issues using internal lab and application resources.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and growth opportunities in NA HI&I market.
