Job summary

Qualifications

• MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6+ years in silicon post-silicon validation or high-volume manufacturing test for complex SoCs/GPUs/CPUs.
• Hands-on test content bring-up, limit setting, and correlation to characterization.
• Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, R, SQL for test data analytics and yield analysis.
• Ability to drive multi-functional alignment and document test plans.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end manufacturing test methodology across all test stages.
• Translate specs into DFP requirements, test content, and coverage.
• Define and maintain DFP roadmap and test infrastructure.
• Collaborate to implement test content, debug hooks, and coverage improvements.
• Drive manufacturability, test time, and cost-vs-coverage trade-offs.
• Embed testability into design and define data analytics for yield.
• Lead DFP documentation as the single source of truth.
