Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field with 8+ years of industry experience, or a PhD with 6+ years of experience.
• Experience designing, simulating, and testing photonic integrated circuits (PICs).
• Experience with PIC tape-outs, layout tools, and photonics test methods.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and optimize complex active and passive silicon photonic integrated circuits.
• Develop plans for chip design, tape-out, test, validation, and performance debugging.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with foundries, validation teams, manufacturers, and quality/reliability groups.
• Design and simulate PIC systems using photonics tools and drive high-volume manufacturing enablement.
