Apple Inc. is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to lead Analog, Mixed-Signal, and Silicon Photonics IP programs within our silicon organization, focusing on data center SoCs.

You will drive end-to-end development of high-speed AMS and optical IPs, ensuring quality, schedule, and delivery across our SoC portfolio. You will collaborate across SoC Integration, IC Design, SoC PD, SoC DV, Photonics Design, Optical Packaging, CAD, Software, Hardware, Reliability, and Legal to define

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering, ECE, Applied Physics, Optics, or related field with 10+ years experience.
• Proven track record in AMS IP, Silicon Photonics, or optical interconnect design or management.

Responsabilités

• Drive Silicon, Photonics & Packaging Execution: manage lifecycle for complex Mixed-Signal IP and SiPh engines.
• Lead Optical I/O & Co-Packaged Optics Programs with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with vendors, foundries, OSATs and laser/optical component suppliers to co-develop hardware solutions.
• Define electrical and optical testing frameworks and robust qualification strategies.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams across IC Design, Photonics Design, SI/PI, Packaging and Reliability.
