Google is seeking a Silicon Failure Analysis Lead to push the boundaries of hardware development. You will lead failure analysis from silicon to package, collaborating across Design, Product, Test, and Yield teams to identify root causes and improve reliability.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in SoC Failure Analysis.
• Experience operating FA equipment for EFI and using ATE with DFT diagnosis data.

Responsabilidades

• Drive yield, reliability, and RMA failure analysis through fault isolation and physical FA.
• Lead efforts to eliminate yield detractors and reduce DPPM and costs.
• Collaborate with external foundry partners and OSATs to align yield learning.
• Deliver investigative insights to design and layout teams to support DFY and manufacturing ramps.
• Oversee readiness and safety compliance of FA laboratories.
