Job summary

Meta is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Planning leader to drive multi-year, global data center capacity plans and AI-driven demand scenarios. You will own the Plan of Record, coordinate with capacity engineering, network, hardware, and finance teams, and deliver executable strategies for the broader organization.

Lead cross-functional discussions, present decision-grade options to executives, and evolve planning systems to improve data quality and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 15+ years in infrastructure strategy and capacity planning with cross-org ownership.
• Strong quantitative analysis and modeling skills (scenario analysis, optimization).
• Executive-level communication skills for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year data center capacity planning and Plan of Record (PoR).
• Drive monthly/quarterly updates to assumptions, constraints, and scenarios.
• Lead decision-quality tradeoffs for leadership: evaluate alternatives and present options.
• Present clear recommendations for multi-billion-dollar infrastructure investments.
• Drive AI large cluster planning: incorporate AI-driven demand and constraints.
• Shape capacity and delivery strategy to support rapid AI evolution.
• Create durable planning frameworks and scalable workflows.
