Job summary

Google Sunnyvale seeks a Silicon Architect for AI and Infrastructure to shape TPU hardware and accelerate AI/ML workloads. You will help drive next-generation Tensor Processing Units and integrate them into Google's cloud AI systems.

Work with ML researchers, compiler and systems engineers to define architectures, verify complex designs, and deliver production-ready accelerators for Google's data centers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 15 years of experience in computer architecture.
• Experience with HPC, server CPUs/GPUs or ML accelerators.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end silicon product architecture for next-generation accelerators.
• Define and own product-level chip architectures and top-level specifications.
• Lead architectural pathfinding and trade-off studies across workloads and technologies.
• Set technical direction across subsystems to enable rapid and predictable silicon execution.
