Google LLC is seeking a senior software engineer in Sunnyvale to design and implement large-scale systems that span hardware and software, including accelerators like GPUs/TPUs. The role emphasizes architecture, reliability, and cross-team leadership in a rapid, innovative environment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive C++ experience, a track record in designing scalable software, and expertise integrating Generative AI tools within complex workflows across data-center platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience programming in C++.
• 5 years of experience with design and architecture; and testing/launching software products.
• Experience integrating Generative AI tools or Large Language Model (LLM) interfaces into workflows.
• Experience with architecture and writing software that interacts with hardware.
• Experience with data center servers and AI platforms.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical leadership on accelerator platforms Architecture and roadmaps.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain large-scale software including firmware and Linux drivers.
• Interface and drive industry ecosystem engagement for accelerator platforms.
• Facilitate AI transformation across accelerator software teams leveraging latest AI tools.
• Influence and coach distributed engineers while managing priorities and deadlines.
