Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Senior Product Development Engineer in Signal Integrity to lead high-speed electrical design, simulation, and verification testing for datacenter and wireless applications. You will work with a cross-functional team across mechanical, manufacturing, and operations to advance product designs, from initial analysis to production testing.

The role requires SI expertise, EM theory understanding, and strong problem-solving skills across multiple tools; fluency in English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in electrical/RF or PCB design.
• Proficient with SI tools such as Agilent ADS, HFSS or CST.
• Strong understanding of EM theory and circuit behavior.
• Fluent in English for global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Subject matter expert in signal integrity design, simulation and validation activities through product development cycles.
• Establishing signal integrity design performance/functional requirements for new products.
• Performing signal integrity simulations for multiple high-speed standards on each product.
• Performing PCB design schematic and layout reviews.
• Creating actionable recommendations based upon design reviews and simulation results.
• Guiding connector design and component qualifications from a SI standpoint.
