Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Staff Product Development Engineer in Harrisburg to lead signal integrity activities for high‑speed products in connectors, cables, and radio systems. You will own SI analysis, modeling, testing, and cross‑functional collaboration from concept through production.

You will work with tools like ADS/HFSS/CST, apply electromagnetic theory, and drive data‑driven decisions to ensure robust performance across interfaces and environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in electrical design, RF design, or PCB design.
• Proficient with signal integrity analysis tools (Agilent ADS, Ansys HFSS, CST, or equivalent tools).
• Solid understanding of electromagnetic theory and electrical circuit behavior.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret simulation and lab data to identify issues and provide solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead signal integrity simulations for high-speed interfaces to define performance.
• Review PCB schematic and layout from a signal integrity perspective.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive design decisions based on simulation results.
