Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Signage Installation Manager to lead installation crews for commercial signage projects, large-format graphics, and environmental branding. This hands-on leader will oversee scheduling, project readiness, logistics, equipment, and quality control while developing the installation team.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in signage installation and 3+ years managing crews, with strong knowledge of vinyl application, mounting methods, and jobsite planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial signage installation, large-format graphics, vinyl application, environmental graphics, experiential installations, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing installation crews, scheduling work, training employees, and holding team members accountable.
• Experience with vinyl application, signage installation methods, mounting hardware, lifts, and jobsite planning.
• Proven ability to manage multiple crews and projects while balancing changing priorities and staffing needs.
• Site surveys, field measurements, access reviews, and interpreting installation drawings and project information.
• Strong understanding of installation logistics including crew assignments, vehicles, equipment, materials, and safety practices.
• Ability to establish installation standards, checklists, quality-control procedures, and safety practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to collaborate with Project Management, Production, Fabrication, Purchasing, Design, and other teams.
• Experience with complex signage or environmental branding is highly preferred.
• Certifications such as Avery, 3M are a plus.
• OSHA 10 and lift/operator certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation crews and scheduling across multiple projects.

• Maintain quality control and establish installation standards.
• Develop and coach installation team members for performance and growth.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Production, and other departments to keep projects on track.
