The Sign Store is seeking a Field Lead Signage Installer to guide a team of installers on diverse projects. You will coordinate installation efforts, ensure quality, safety, and timely completion, and troubleshoot onsite challenges.

This field role requires strong leadership, the ability to read drawings, and hands-on expertise with tools and measurement devices to deliver high-quality signage solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in signage installation or related fieldwork preferred.
• Strong leadership abilities and ability to motivate a team.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics and installation instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of signage installers on each project.
• Plan daily installation schedules and coordinate logistics to ensure timely completion.
• Use hand and power tools and measurement devices to install various signage types.
• Conduct site assessments to determine installation methods and safety compliance.
• Verify electrical connections and troubleshoot wiring issues when necessary using the ohmmeter.
• Maintain records of installation progress, site conditions, and inspections.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to confirm specifications and address on-site challenges.
