Trademark Sign LLC in Wall Township, NJ is seeking a Lead Sign Installer to join our growing team. We are a fast-paced signage company working on projects across New Jersey and beyond.

This is not an entry-level role; we are looking for professionals who take pride in their work, show up ready, and can execute in the field without constant supervision. We offer a path for growth into lead installer or foreman roles and emphasize safety, quality, and on-site teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sign installation or general construction/carpentry trades.
• Strong mechanical ability and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and travel when needed.

Responsibilities

• Install signage: channel letters (raceways and direct mount), monuments, pylons, wall and blade signs, ADA signage, large format graphics.
• Read and interpret shop drawings, permits and site plans.
• Operate lifts, ladders and basic rigging safely; use power tools and mounting systems.
• Coordinate with project managers and field teams to ensure quality and safety.
• Ensure installations meet code requirements and client specs.
