Pro Signs in Downingtown, PA, is seeking an experienced Installation Technician (Mechanic Level/ Lead) to join our team. You will install, service, and repair commercial signage for regional and national accounts, working with building signs, vinyl graphics, and related structures.

Responsibilities include exact measurement and placement, safe operation of tools, lifting up to 75 pounds, and collaborating with a team to meet quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a sign installer or similar position.
• Electrical, welding, or other mechanical experience helpful.
• Attention to detail and precision is a must.
• Ability to read installation drawings for specs.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; CDL is a plus.
• Experience working at heights (bucket truck experience).

Responsibilities

• Install building signs, vinyl graphics, and sign structures for businesses and organizations.
• Operate and maintain tools safely and in accordance with safety protocols.
• Ensure precise measurement, placement, connection, and installation of signage to standards.
• Load and transport signs, tools, and materials to client locations.
• Service and repair signage; remove old signage; clear debris after completion.
