Job summary

Bürkert Group in Huntersville, NC is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team onsite. You will program high-complexity parts using Siemens NX CAM for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis milling and coordinate with design and manufacturing engineers.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of production CNC programming, strong GD&T skills, and a proven track record in tool-path optimization, post-processing, and Vericut simulations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or certificate preferred or hands‑on experience accepted.
• Minimum 5–7 years of CNC programming experience in Siemens NX in a production environment.
• Proven experience programming complex multi‑axis machining centers (3, 4, and 5‑axis mills, mill‑turns and lathes).
• Expert knowledge of GD&T, high precision tolerancing, and blueprint reading.

Responsibilities

• Program high‑complexity parts in Siemens NX CAM (3–5 axis).
• Create optimized tool paths from 3D CAD models and drawings.
• Select tools, fixtures, and strategies to maximize efficiency.
