Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent with CNC operation training.
• 5–7 years of CNC programming experience with Siemens NX CAD/CAM.
• Experience reading blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Create, implement, and refine NC/CNC programs for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining centers and mill-turn equipment.
• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform drilling, grinding, milling, and turning tasks.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machine settings and adjustments.
• Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining and make adjustments.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring they meet specifications and standards.
• Maintain records of production activities, including machine settings and maintenance.
